When you use Damira AI, we collect information you provide directly: your email address, name, and the queries you send to the agent. We do not store your network device configurations or credentials.
We use your information to provide and improve the Damira AI service, process your subscription, and communicate with you about your account. We use Langfuse for agent observability — query metadata is logged for quality improvement but your actual network configs are never stored.
Damira AI is read-only by default. No configuration changes are made without explicit approval. For the VS Code extension, credentials are stored in OS-encrypted storage and never leave your machine. API communication uses TLS encryption.
Query history is retained for 90 days for service improvement, then deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@damiraai.com.
We use: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI models), Langfuse (observability), Sentry (error tracking). Each has their own privacy policy.
